There is so many beautiful songs to play during the entire wedding day. However sometimes we don’t know what will fit where etc. Here is a list of a few songs to give ideas of point you in the direction of the perfect songs for the perfect moment on your wedding day.

For the traditional ceremony, there are several classical songs you can choose from. Here are some suggestions:

Enter on:

  • “Canon in D” by Johann Pachelbel

Wedding marches:

  • Wedding march by Wagner
  • “Arrival of Queen of Sheba” by Hande
  • For a more modern feel, you can’t go wrong with these:

  • “At last” – Etta James (this song can be used during the wedding ceremony or as a first dance song)


After ceremony

The formal part of the day or evening is done, it’s time to unwind. Ring in the reception with fun, meaningful songs that will make everyone feel at ease and enjoy themselves. Play the songs while everyone enters the reception area and find their seats. Stop when you start making the wedding toasts and turn down the volume when the food comes in.
